WorkSafe BC

If you are injured at work, please ensure you have:

  • Reported the injury to your employer
  • Called and reported your injury to WorkSafe BC

We are now accepting new WorkSafeBC (WCB) clients. You must have a WorkSafeBC approved claim number for us to bill your treatment cost to WorkSafeBC. If you have yet to receive a claim number, you may pay directly and file for reimbursement after you have received a WorkSafe BC claim. When booking an appointment, please advise the reception that your injury is work-related. Our reception team will do its best to answer any questions you may have, but they may direct you to your WorkSafe BC Case Manager for further information.

On your first visit, you will need to bring:

  • Your WCB claim number
  • Contact information

  • Personal Health Number

Please Note: Olive Tree does not directly bill WorkSafe BC claims for Physiotherapy.

Contact ICBC to file a claim if you have been in a motor vehicle accident within the past 12 weeks.

Book an appointment to get assessed by one of our healthcare professionals at Olive Tree Wellness Clinic.

We will need your:

  • Personal information (e.g. first and last name, birthdate)

  • ICBC claim number

  • Date of accident

Once ICBC has approved a patient’s claim, the first 12 weeks of treatment costs are covered by ICBC within ICBC's coverage limits. If additional treatment sessions are required after the initial 12 weeks, our support staff will contact the patient’s ICBC claims adjuster and seek approval for further treatment coverage.
